Due to our made-to-order, print-on-demand business model, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. Please carefully review our sizing charts provided on all product pages. Also, be sure you have ordered the correct color before finalizing your purchase.
However, your satisfaction is highly important to us. If your garment arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect or a printing error we will gladly provide a free replacement or a full refund. For a replacement or full refund due to these factors please do the following:
- Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery by email.
- Leave us your Name, Order Number and clear photo of the issue.
- Do not send back items unless specifically instructed to do so by our support team.
- Once our support team verifies the issue, we will immediately initiate a free replacement or full refund.
- If full refund, we will automatically credit back to your original payment method. Please 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process and post back into your account.
Cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of finalizing your purchase. Your garment will begin production immediately after the 1 hour expires. No cancellations will be honored after that time.
